When to choose it
The pack supplies 25 star needles, one needle bottle and a pair of finger cots. It suits a bench where you already use a star blade regularly. If you want to learn how a star compares with a crown or reverse point, an assortment gives you those choices in one pack.
The exact numbered gauge is unclear in the listing. Check it if you are replacing a known point or need the same size at multiple stations. The cots can vary in color, so label the needle bottle to keep its contents easy to identify.
